Rosemary has been an active the Society of Saint Hilarion member since 1992.

She is a very proud 4th generation Cauloniese and is the great granddaughter of one of the founding members of the Society, Giuseppe Ciccarello.

In 2002 she was elected as the first female President of the Society and became a member of the Aged Care Management Board.

From 2007 to 2010 Rosemary was a Procurator (Trustee) of the Society.

2010 – 2014 she returned to the position of President and member of the Aged Care Board.

In 2018 Rosemary returned to the Aged Care Board of Management as a board member.

Rosemary is a dedicated senior leader in the field of Pathology for SA Pathology with the Department of Health and Wellbeing with over 30 years of service.She has a solid foundation in human resource management, project management, health informatics, cultural change and she keeps abreast of current health advancements. She has a dedicated interest and passion for Aged Care.
